People still search. Some now ask an AI assistant instead. In a 2025 IAB New Zealand survey of 250 upper-North-Island adults, 39.2% had used an AI chatbot instead of a search engine at least once. If the answer leaves you out, or gets your phone number wrong, the job goes to someone else. You never hear about it. Six of the seven businesses we checked in our pilot had a broken or wrong phone link.

We do not promise rankings, AI mentions, traffic or revenue. Search engines and AI assistants change, and each one chooses its own answers. We measure what they say about you today, fix what we can, and show you the before and after. That includes the results that did not move.
